ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

  • Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus.

  • Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Convert qualified leads into sales through proactive daily calls, focusing on digital products (video courses) generated primarily from marketing events such as webinars.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned content creators.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation and campaign strategies.

  • Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.

  • Engage daily with warm leads sourced from marketing initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales of digital products such as courses, memberships, programs, or consulting services.

  • Experience working with personal brands on social media (e.g., gurus, influencers).

  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

  • Demonstrated flexibility and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong ambition and a drive to succeed.

  • Enthusiasm for being part of a growing startup.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree.

  • Prior experience in a startup environment.

  • B2B sales experience is a plus.

CONDITIONS

  • Location: Latin America (GMT -3 and GMT -4) 

  • Languages: Italian native, English fluent.

  • Contract Type: Full time, Freelancer (ability to send invoice, bank account required).

  • Compensation:

    • Fixed monthly compensation 

    • Variable: % of the sales (revenue) generated.

  • Working hours: Full time collaboration, with a certain amount of flexibility .
