About the Opportunity:

We’re hiring a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist who will support our fast-growing revenue team. You will help ensure accuracy & integrity within our CRM system and equip the go-to-market teams with data, tools, and insights that enable us to achieve revenue goals, streamline sales processes, ensure flawless renewals, and accelerate company growth.

The Revenue Operations team make a big impact and play an important role in ImageTrend’s success. By increasing sales productivity and streamlining processes, they drive operational efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle and create a seamless experience for all.

What You'll Do:

· Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of sales data within CRM and integrated systems to support data hygiene, clean pipelines, reliable forecasting, and actionable insights

· Regularly review, enter, update, and de-duplicate account and opportunity data to support go-to-market efforts

· Support deal execution by assisting in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and sales documentation, ensuring compliance with pricing, legal, and approval workflows

· Ensure timely and compliant processing of all sales orders, including accurate contract, renewal, and pricing data entry into CRM for forecasting, reporting, and invoicing purposes

· Resolve order-related issues, such as incorrect data, fulfillment delays, and billing discrepancies, by collaborating with internal stakeholders

· Ensure contract and renewal-related data is properly added into sales and finance systems, supporting accurate forecasting, reporting, and invoicing

· Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate, timely renewal documentation and pricing in alignment with internal policies and customer expectations

· Collaborate, support and work cross-functionally to align and implement operational and process or workflow improvements

· Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid or fully remote, with minimal travel expected

· Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

· Exposure to or some experience in order entry, sales or revenue operations, or a similar administrative capacity, preferably in a SaaS or other high-growth organization

· Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or other similar order management systems

· Familiarity with sales processes and order fulfillment workflows

· Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and succeed in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail, with problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

· Technical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills with the ability to provide quick and accurate resolutions to problems

· Ability to be a self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment

· Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

· Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

· Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

· Ability to travel as required, up to 10%

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 - $75,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
