As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the Revenue Operations team. This position is responsible for analyzing and correctinglarge amounts of data, building reports and dashboards that provide accurateand timelysales reporting, and supporting processes that promote clean and high-quality data standards. 

The ideal candidate is analytical and detail-oriented with extensive experience using Salesforce. They are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaininga high level of accuracy and business acumen. 

This role is temporary, non-exempt, and will report to the Director Revenue Operations, Operations and Analytics. This role is fully remote in the USA.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and correct large amounts of data in Salesforce.

  • Design and implement processes to ensure reliable and consistent data uploads. 

  • Monitor and maintaindata integrity across Salesforce and other reporting tools. 

  • Build reports and dashboards to support accurate and consistent reporting. 

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting, as needed. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Analyze and correct large amounts of data in Salesforce.

  • Design and implement processes to ensure reliable and consistent data uploads. 

  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and other reporting tools. 

  • Build reports and dashboards to support accurate and consistent reporting.
