This position is part of the Revenue Operations team, dedicated to delivering expertise in Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to support strategic decision-making and enhance sales performance.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in harnessing data to streamline sales processes, elevate business performance, and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to cultivate a culture of accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and sustained sales success. The successful candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise, attention to detail and a passion to learn and grow to drive impactful outcomes. 

What you will do:

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and hygiene of data within Salesforce CRM, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain scalable processes and reporting packages to deliver critical operational data for sales strategy, performance, and execution.

  • Leverage analytics tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Google Suite, to foster a self-service data culture within the organization.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to support various business partners with actionable insights.

  • Drive adoption of system capabilities and features through training sessions and comprehensive documentation.

  • Operate with a high level of autonomy to contribute to the strategic vision and growth of the Sales Operations team.

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelor's Degree.

  • 2-3 years of B2B SaaS Industry and relevant work experience.

  • 2-3 years in Advanced knowledge of Google Apps, especially Google Sheets.

  • Strong Experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).

  • Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology company.

  • Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and drive business results.

  • The ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaboration.

  • Proficient level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes.

  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.

  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources.

  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
