Job title: Sales Initiatives Project Coordinator
Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a Sales Initiatives Project Coordinator to join its Sales Initiatives department. The Sales Initiatives Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating a broad range of projects for the Sales Initiatives team—developing and documenting the results of email initiatives, establishing and maintaining programs and resources for our community of users, creating webpages and instructional videos and designing marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
Documenting and maintaining roadmaps for multiple projects
Creating and monitoring tickets with the appropriate deadlines, watchers and details needed to execute projects
Creating content for email campaigns, webpages and marketing collateral
Collaborating with other teams within the company on active projects and communicating project priorities to ensure timely resource allocations
Tracking metrics for lead- and revenue-generating sales campaigns, reporting on project performance and escalating any issues
Working directly with analytics teams to produce campaign-specific reports
Maintaining sales initiatives project pages, documentation and dashboards
Preparing agendas for meetings and documenting discussion details, decisions made, next steps and action items
Establishing, documenting and improving internal processes
Compiling research and requesting data related to project work
Qualifications
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet software
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams (for example, the digital marketing, user experience, design, web, technical content, quality assurance and video editing teams)
High degree of initiative
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor Reporting to: Senior Sales Initiatives Manager
