Sales Executive

This is a relationship-driven business development role with full ownership of the outbound strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of Fresh’s next growth chapter, building trust with the next generation of health entrepreneurs.
You’ll:
Spot opportunity: Identify high-potential clinics and practitioners ready to grow with Fresh
Build connection: Lead meaningful conversations that uncover their goals and challenges, and show how Fresh helps them scale safely
Drive outcomes: Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal and close
Shape our story: Partner with marketing and growth teams to refine how we speak to the market and the people we serve
Make an impact: Each new partnership you create helps unlock independence and confidence for a growing community of health professionals
🧩 What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, HR tech, health tech, or professional services ideal)
A consultative, human-first approach to sales: you listen, empathise, and guide
A track record of exceeding targets through strategic prospecting and relationship building
Resilience and curiosity: You love to learn, iterate, and find new ways to win
