In a fast paced sales environment, it’s critical for our Sales and Commercial team to have clarity around what needs to be done at each stage in the sales process to keep a deal moving forward.  Our team’s success in this highly competitive landscape is based on their access to the right training, tools and content to close deals quickly. Sometimes that content is internal (like pricing calculators, pre-call prep planners, etc.); other times, it’s external customer-facing content (think success stories). Regardless of what they need, it’s our role to make sure they have the right resources at their fingertips, served up in the exact situation and at the exact time that they should be utilized. 

THE TEAM

The goal of the Sales Enablement team is to ensure reps possess the skills, knowledge, process expertise, and access to assets to maximize every buyer interaction. 

The Global sales and commercial team spans across 3 geographies acquiring and supporting thousands of customers across the globe. Today we have a small and powerful enablement team supporting key training activities, and this individual will be tasked with carrying out the initiatives of our strategy and helping the team build content and design and facilitate training for our global teams.

Our team is embedded into all things revenue generation by supporting the Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Commercial Managers Reps, and Sales Leaders while also working collaboratively cross-functionally with teams like marketing and product.

THE ROLE

  • The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with the Enablement Team, the Global Sales Team, and cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product.

  • They will be responsible for the training and resources that allow our reps and leaders to be effective and proficient in their roles.

YOU WILL:

  • Partner with global leaders and enablement team to ensure development and enablement of their teams from new hire onboarding to on-going education and proficiency trainings 

  • Own product communications and training for the Sales Enablement team. You will work cross functionally to stay up to date with all product launches and updates, communicating it to the team and building content to support their learning.

  • Facilitate logistics such as content creation and scheduling for sales and commercial new hire onboarding

  • Maintain all content in Workramp, our Learning Management System

  • Help with content creation for product and process trainings

  • Plan and execute all learning workshops, in person and virtual; to include at least one in-person Annual Sales Kick-Off 

  • Help determine what sales content we need and work cross-functionally with marketing and product marketing to begin to scope and build it.

  • Build rep and leader playbooks, content, templates etc. aimed at improving role proficiency

  • Ensures proper communication is delivered to the team in a timely manner (General product updates, process changes, industry learnings/trends etc.)

THE SKILL SET

  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales processes and channels.

  • Experience communicating and producing training and materials in partnership with multiple stakeholders across multiple teams and locations. 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), high attention to detail, and a resourceful problem-solving attitude

  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills

  • Experience mapping and creating content for marketing, sales and training.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in a customer facing role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Buyer Personas.

  • Previous experience with Value Proposition Creation or Sales Playbook Creation.

  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Sales Enablement Experience

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
