Apply for this position

n8n is a workflow automation platform that uniquely combines AI capabilities with business process automation. We give technical teams the flexibility of code with the speed of no-code, backed by a passionate community of builders. With 500+ integrations and fair-code principles, we're revolutionizing how businesses connect their systems and processes.

We were founded end of 2019 and currently:

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 We’re a diverse team of + 120 talented people

  • 🚀 Our annual recurring revenue is growing over 7x year-over-year

  • ⭐️ With +118k GitHub stars, we are in the top 50 most popular projects of all time on Github

  • 🍾 We were the 25th fastest growing startup last year and 4th BtoB SaaS Rising 100 this year in Europe according to Sifted

  • 🌱 We were Sequoia's first seed investment in Germany, and most recently secured our $60M Series B (February '25, led by Highland)

Now, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast — and just as effectively.

🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.

You’ll be the first hire in Sales Enablement — a strategic role with high visibility and high impact across the business. Here's what you'll take ownership of:

🚀 Build onboarding that shortens ramp time and boosts impact

  • Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

  • Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.

📚 Create scalable enablement programs that drive revenue

  • Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.

  • Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.

  • Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.

🎤 Run high-impact enablement events and internal comms

  • Own the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, H2 kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions.

  • Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams — making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.

  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.

📊 Measure what matters and make enablement a growth driver

  • Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.

  • Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.

  • Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

  • 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 5+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.

  • 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.

  • 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.

  • 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.

  • 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.

  • 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).

Why join us?

This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.

Apply now — and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.
