StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director, EMEA Growth (SDG) with a proven track record as a hands-on seller and people-first leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in building and closing new business, while also coaching and growing a team of high-performing Account Executives across the EMEA region.

The SDG will play a central role in shaping StackAdapt’s growth strategy in EMEA — working closely with regional leadership to refine our go-to-market approach, scale our business operations, and expand our footprint across diverse industries and markets.

Reporting to the Global Director of Growth Sales, the SDE will serve as both a player-coach and strategic leader, ensuring the team exceeds pipeline and revenue goals while strengthening client relationships and developing future leaders within the organization.

StackAdapt is a remote first company. We will be prioritizing candidates located in London for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hire, coach, and mentor a team of Growth Account Executives across the EMEA region, investing in their long-term professional development.

  • Lead with empathy and create a supportive, collaborative environment where people feel empowered to perform at their best.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team sessions, and coaching to sharpen selling skills, pipeline discipline, and deal execution.

  • Actively participate in client engagements, pitches, and negotiations as a hands-on seller, while supporting AEs to close net-new business at scale.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with your team, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

  • Partner with EMEA leadership to evolve sales strategies, refine our operating model, and scale effectively across diverse markets.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands, deeply understanding their needs and how StackAdapt’s solutions can drive impact.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to craft tailored go-to-market strategies for priority verticals and geographies.

  • Identify opportunities to expand StackAdapt’s presence in EMEA and create playbooks to accelerate growth across key accounts.

  • Work closely with Operations, Enablement, and other cross-functional partners to streamline processes, improve sales productivity, and enhance client outcomes.

  • Serve as the voice of the field, providing feedback on market dynamics and customer needs to inform product development and strategic decisions.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales management role, with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas while developing and leading high-performing teams.

  • Seller Background: Strong track record as an individual contributor in enterprise or agency sales, with ability to step in and close deals alongside the team.

  • Leadership Style: People-first leader who prioritizes team development, coaching, and long-term growth of Account Executives.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to scale operations and partner with leadership to adapt strategies for diverse markets in EMEA.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with experience working with agencies, brands, or programmatic platforms.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with distributed teams.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement and operations tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft). StackAdapt experience is a plus.

StackAdapters enjoy:

  • Competitive salary

  • Private Medical Insurance cover

  • Auto-enrolment into the company pension scheme

  • Work from home reimbursements

  • Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc)

  • An awesome parental leave policy

  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture

  • Our social and team events (virtually!)

  • Take part in our walk and wander policy and work anywhere in the world
