Voltron Data is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel the growth of Theseus, our accelerator-native data processing engine purpose-built for composability. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by building and executing high-impact outbound strategies and collaborating closely with our go-to-market team.

What You’ll Do
Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned to our ICP
Research and identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach with precision
Execute multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social
Collaborate with AEs to hand off qualified opportunities
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and actionable
Shadow AEs on discovery calls and demos—this is a launchpad to a closing role
Refine and evolve our SDR playbook
Consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline creation targets
What We’re Looking For
at least 6 months of SDR experience at a high-growth startup, ideally in data/compute/infra
A track record of exceeding pipeline goals
Confidence in multi-channel prospecting
Curiosity, coachability, and a hunger to learn
Startup grit: adaptable, proactive, and resilient
Mastery of sales tools (CRM, prospecting, sequencing, enrichment)
Bonus: Knowledge of data analytics or developer tools is a big plus
