Strategically align outreach with regional market dynamics, especially fintech, retail, logistics, and digital health verticals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Marketing to tailor messaging and accelerate deal velocity.
Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal intelligence tools to manage pipeline and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, Sales Engagement Tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach), and data enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
Self-driven, metrics-oriented, and agile in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology.
Desired:
Solid understanding of APIs, CPaaS platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and omnichannel communications in a CX environment.

Excellent time management, autonomy in remote workflows, and a collaborative mindset.
Clear track record of exceeding KPIs and thriving in cross-functional teams
