Sales Development Representative Team Lead
Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to join our high-performing Sales Development team in Germany.
You are passionate about generating outbound pipeline and supporting a small team of SDRs through coaching, hands-on execution, and strategic alignment. In this player-coach role, you’ll be responsible for your own individual target while guiding others — and ideally, you’ll bring a strong network of SDRs in Germany to help scale the team and accelerate hiring.

Your Impact
Own and exceed your own outbound pipeline creation targets
Guide and support a small team of SDRs, helping them ramp quickly and consistently meet or exceed goals
Coach SDRs on outbound strategies, messaging, and prospecting best practices through regular 1:1s and team sessions
Track key metrics (activity, meetings booked, pipeline generated) and share insights with sales and marketing leadership
Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Marketing to align outreach efforts with overall pipeline goals
Help recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs — your local network will be key as we expand in Germany
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and resilience — always striving to get 1% better every day
Your Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in inside sales, ideally within enterprise SaaS / cloud applications
Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline targets
Prior experience mentoring or coaching peers or junior SDRs — formal team leadership experience is a strong plus
A strong personal network of SDRs and BDRs in Germany, with the ability to recommend or attract talent
Deep understanding of outbound pipeline generation tactics and tools
Comfortable working with metrics, reporting on KPIs, and using data to inform decisions
High-energy, positive attitude, and strong team spirit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar
