Sales Development Representative (SDR)
THE ROLE
Mission
We're looking for a naturally curious, highly motivated, and collaborative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue pipeline growth. Our SDR team powers outbound sales efforts to transform how companies approach employee financial wellness. You'll identify and create qualified opportunities with influencers and decision-makers ready to revolutionize their benefits strategy through strategic outreach and personalized engagement.
Responsibilities
Drive pipeline by positioning Origin as the strategic partner solving real financial wellness challenges
Master the employee benefits landscape to understand buyer motivations and decision-making processes
Execute AI-powered account research to deliver hyper-personalized outreach at scale
Run multichannel prospecting campaigns leveraging modern tech stack including Nooks, Clay, Outreach, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and optimize conversion strategies
Experience Origin's product firsthand to deliver authentic, value-driven prospect conversations
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
You are mission-driven and passionate about Origin as a product
Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and market conditions
Thrive in collaborative environments and contribute ideas actively
Demonstrate natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about prospects and market trends
Nice to Have
12+ months SDR/BDR experience with proven result
Ideally have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS mid-market and enterprise companies
Engineering or technical background with data-driven mindset
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
