  • Enforce price protection policies by monitoring market activity, analyzing competitive pricing, and updating pricing models as needed

  • Oversee inventory levels across e-commerce platforms, proactively managing stock to optimize product availability and reduce risk of stockouts

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is strongly preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a related administrative or support role

  • Familiarity with the video game industry, particularly in publishing, retail, or distribution, is strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Current or recent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program—ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Proficient in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); regularly used for reporting, data management, communication, and collaboration

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining accuracy and consistency

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal teams and external partners at all levels
