About the Role:

As a Sales Analyst, you will be a key player in driving our sales strategy and optimizing performance in support of our Expansion Sales team. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to the sales team and leadership. Your work will directly impact our ability to achieve revenue targets and improve sales efficiency.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant systems.

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership based on data analysis.

  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and campaigns.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel (advanced functions), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $188,000 - $104,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $110,000 - $130,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
