The Role

Join us as we scale in the influencer marketing industry. We’re looking for a proven deal-closer who can win new business, grow existing accounts, and turn connections into revenue.

If you’ve got:

1. Strong ties with advertising/media agencies (Big Six, boutique, creative, BTLs, etc.)

2. A track record of smashing sales targets

3. Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills

4. A growth mindset and unstoppable drive

Your Skillset

  • Meet your monthly/quarterly sales quotas. 

  • Adapt and improve our internal acquisition/prospecting process.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor for them.

  • Bring a solutions-first mentality by being an individual contributor that takes ownership of your time, effort and results.

  • Collaborate closely with our supporting teams (data, creative, talent, media) to take full advantage of our internal capabilities and translate them into value for the customer.

  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes.

  • Expand our presence as trusted partners and collaborators of the biggest agencies in the region.

  • Developing our internal product and solutions to fit agencies’ and final customer’s needs based on your knowledge of the industry and ongoing conversations with them.

  • Traveling nationally and internationally may be required from time to time.

You’re the Type Who

  • Brings a generalist mindset : versatile, hands-on, and comfortable selling large quotas

  • Moves fast, builds with precision, and expects high standards

  • Thrives in early-stage startups where nothing is “someone else’s job”

  • Sees ambiguity as an opportunity to learn

  • Is obsessed with clients and closing deals no matter what

  • Has a book of business worth over US$1M in yearly revenue
