About the team:

Companies around the world are already using Goodnotes for productivity and collaboration at work. You will join our brand-new Enterprise team distributed team across Europe and Asia focusing specifically our Enterprise offering. You will work alongside other Sales and Account Managers, as well as Engineers and Designers to help build and improve our new Enterprise features. 

About the role:

As a SaaS Account Manager in the Goodnotes Enterprise team you will be responsible for a dedicated territory with various markets & industries with mostly existing client accounts but also new clients and lead the pre-to-post client lifecycle from the Account Management and Customer Success standpoint for our B2B products. This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Client Education: assist clients in understanding the full potential of Goodnotes, highlighting its features and benefits so users get the most value of Goodnotes for their business and increase usage across their company.

  • Product Onboarding: guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring that they have a seamless experience from their first touchpoint, payment and deployment as well as support navigating the Goodnotes platform as they get started.

  • Maximizing Value: focus on maximizing the value of Goodnotes for Business for our clients and ensure user experience and customer satisfaction. This also includes maximizing order value to increase Goodnotes revenue & growth.

  • Conversion and Up-selling: identify additional revenue streams & opportunities for conversion and up-selling such as additional license needs, premium features or renewals. Help clients to make purchasing decisions with frequent engagement, product updates, support & service.

  • Customer Success: enrich the customer journey and provide clients with support from pre-to-post client lifecycle with email & phone communication, in-person meetings, demo & presentation, contracting, payment processes & product deployment support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product onboarding.

  • Feedback Collection: serve as a valuable source of user feedback to help Goodnotes product development. Gather user feedback about use cases, pain points, feature requests or suggestions to optimize our product and user experience. 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze territory & account data to make informed decisions about client engagement, up-sell opportunities, re-activation as well as supported product development.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: collaborate closely with our international Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Research & Customer Support Team to help grow Goodnotes B2B product & client base and achieve our overall company goals.

  • Relationship Building & Representation: build strong relationship with our clients be it in person or virtual. Represent Goodnotes at local events & conferences and share our Goodnotes passion.

  • Client Acquisition: help acquire new clients through our existing channels as well as social selling, events, partners & resellers.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • 2-4 years experience in a client facing role at at SaaS company such as sales, account management, customer success or business development

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing targets & customer satisfaction

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations & communicate value proposition clearly

  • Positive attitude and openness to new ideas and perspectives

  • Thrives in international collaborative environments and possesses a proactive mindset

  • Proficient at navigating ambiguous situations and finding innovative solutions

  • Problem-solving & decision making skills

  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
