Help shape the GTM engine behind one of the fastest-growing cloud marketplaces in the world.
📈 As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
Act as a fractional COO for Pax8’s GTM teams, turning bold strategy into repeatable execution. You'll own the operational backbone for revenue cohorts – making data trustworthy, performance predictable, and go-to-market plans grounded in reality. When you’re doing your thing, forecast accuracy tightens, pipeline velocity increases, and quota attainment becomes the new normal.
🛠️ Every day you will:
Run the weekly and monthly business rhythm: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs – all powered by real data and crisp insights
Serve as the embedded RevOps partner for your assigned revenue teams (Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and more)
Translate territory and quota models into clear action and field execution
Build dashboards, refine KPIs, and distill noisy data into insights that spark real change
Feed field intelligence back to GTM Planning, Enablement, and RevTech teams
Drive change through process design, policy updates, and enablement handoffs
✅To thrive in this role, you must:
Bring 4–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Field Operations within B2B SaaS (bonus points for enterprise, multi-product, or complex pricing environments)
Be a Salesforce power user with an analytical mindset (Excel, SQL, dashboards are your jam)
Know your way around territory design, quota planning, and forecasting like a pro
Have a proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives, improving KPI visibility, and driving forecast precision
Be the person who can turn “I think” into “I know,” and “we hope” into “we hit it”
🎯 Within Your First Year, You’ll Know You’re Crushing It If:
⏱️ Within 90 Days: You’ve mapped your cohort’s pain points, audited systems, implemented quick wins, and launched a RevOps remediation roadmap.
📊 Within 120 Days: Forecasting calls and QBRs are humming. You’ve operationalized quota changes, nailed down variance explanations, and introduced your first playbook.
🚀 Within 6 Months: You’ve closed the loop between planning and performance. KPIs are trending up, and your insights are reshaping RevOps roadmaps.
🏆 Within 12 Months: You own the planning inputs for your teams. Forecast variance is tight, dashboard adoption is soaring, and Sales leaders describe you as “the one who makes growth predictable.”
🧠 Bonus Points if You’ve Got:
Experience with SPM tools (CaptivateIQ, Xactly), Salesforce engagement tools, or planning platforms (Anaplan, Pigment)
Hands-on exposure to the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt), call intelligence platforms, or Python scripting
