What You Will Accomplish

- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership and support the annual planning process, including budgeting, quota setting, account planning, and Sales compensation plans, in partnership with Sales leadership, Finance and HR

- Support Sales leadership with forecast and pipeline reporting, as well as insight and analysis on forecast and pipeline quality and health

- Track and report on KPIs and defined metrics, prepare dashboards, reporting and analysis to support understanding of achievements and gaps

- Responsible for HC and capacity planning and reporting

- Work closely with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager to develop and deliver onboarding training, as well as ongoing enablement to the Sales team

- Support corporate merger and acquisition processes and activities, as required

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”.  It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”.  We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.

There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:

- Relevant business experience within high-growth tech companies

- Strong people leader, with an ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization

- Experienced in designing and implementing business plans, reporting and measurement and analysis

- Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities

- Strong in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience with Salesforce.com

The Most Important Thing

We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they have demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences:

CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.

OWN – We are accountable for our results – while never forgetting to act with integrity, empathy, and respect.

DEDICATE – We put our heart and soul into meeting the needs of our customers and helping them serve the people they protect.

EVOLVE – We are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to work together to make an impact with our work.
