JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
The Analyst will be responsible for the daily management of merchandising visits from setup through remediation of the final data. This individual will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure their objectives for each visit are met and will create the recommendations if objectives are not met. This position will assist the Sales and Execution Team with creating plans by retailer to improve in stocks, product placement, point of purchase execution and sales.
Job Responsibilities
Manages visits from setup through final remediation of out of stocks
Directs compliance visits and owns the improvement of compliance issues
Analyzes merchandising data and creates dashboards to share results with internal partners
Is a subject matter expert at retail and provides strong recommendations to internal partners to improve execution and reduce costs
Audits data for accuracy and remediation with the 3PL merchandising partners and retailers
Maintains display planogram and traiting documents
Participates in weekly retailer and internal partner calls and shares data, visit findings and results
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of relevant experience
Retail experience
Strong organizational skills
Good time management skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills, good at building relationships and working alongside project teams
Experience using MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Excellent excel skills with experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
Must be able to manage large amounts of data, analyze results and make recommendations
Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $54,500 to $81,900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
