Reservations Agent
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Reservations Agent, you will be part of our team supporting corporate clients, group bookings, and individual requests. You’ll handle enquiries primarily via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional booking process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to seamless guest experiences without working directly at the front desk.
Handle incoming corporate and group enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Create and send tailored offers using our online quotation tools
Process and manage guest lists for large group bookings, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
Liaise closely with Guest Support, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow
Maintain updated records in our reservation and CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C2 level required)
At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality function

Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
