Renewals Analyst
To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Renewals Analyst to join our commercial team. This role is key to assure our business safety, analyzing and negotiating our client´s renewals. This position will be working especially with our English-speaking clients.
Your tasks will include:
Analyzing and understanding every account situation before its renewal date.
Negotiating our annual license renewal with every customer.
Detecting the best way to contact each client to create and develop a close relationship with them.
Working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify upgrade opportunities.
Providing support to our clients when needed.
