We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us provide a best-in-class candidate experience and efficiently manage the scheduling of top talent throughout the recruitment process.

 

About the role:

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada; Mexico)

    • If located in the US or CA, MUST reside in the Eastern time zone 

  • Full-time

  • Temporary (through December 31, 2025)

  • Non-exempt

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

      • Zone A: $72,000 - $92,200

      • Zone B: $67,200 - $86,400

      • Zone C: $63,400 - $81,100

    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)

      • $81,600 - $103,700

    • Mexico (figures cited below are in MXN and pertain to workers in Mexico)

      • $439,200 - $573,800

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll … 

  • Create the best candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience by proactively and seamlessly scheduling interviews across a variety of roles.

  • Relay candidate feedback to recruiters and hiring managers to improve overall hiring processes.

  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview scheduling efficiency.

  • Problem-solve when things don’t go as planned; manage interview cancellations, changing schedules, double-booked interviewers, buggy Zoom links, and more.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English

You’ll thrive as a Recruiting Coordinator if you:

  • Are an adaptable team player; highly skilled at working with people across all levels and functions in an often-changing environment

  • Are passionate about providing interview candidates with the best experience possible, and can convey this in a friendly, concise, inclusive, and professional manner via written communication

  • Have a high degree of detail, process, and action orientation - you’re constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and you never miss a beat

  • Can ruthlessly prioritize - you understand that helping with a last-minute cancellation or a non-functioning Zoom link comes before scheduling a panel interview two weeks from now

  • Have previous experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator (preferably in a scaling tech organization); bonus points if you have broader Talent Operations experience 

  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
