We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to provide temporary, part-time scheduling and operations support to our U.S. based recruiting team. In this role, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing interview logistics, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting recruiting operations as needed within the US and EMEA. This is an hourly, non-exempt role not to exceed 30 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast to support recruitment activities in US and EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones. Manage candidate interview tracking in our ATS and ensure data accuracy.

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure timely communication and a seamless interview experience.

  • Provide administrative support to the U.S. recruiting team on an ad-hoc basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a fractional or part-time capacity.

$25 - $33 an hour

Pursuant to any state, local ordinance, or local hiring regulations, we will consider for temporary employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation. 

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For all temporary applicants, the base salary range is noted above, per hour. A temporary candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
