The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for a highly technical and data-driven individual to join our Recruiting Operations team.  The Recruiting Business Systems Analyst will own the support, maintenance, and evolution of Recruiting’s reporting, tools, and technology. This role will require managing multiple work streams simultaneously, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, a strong grasp of the business of Recruiting and relevant technologies, and a sophisticated customer and product management sensibility.  Hands-on experience managing technology solutions and systems within Recruiting is a must-have.

A Typical Day: 

  • Work closely with clients (i.e. Recruiting stakeholders) to understand processes and challenges, gather feedback, and develop solutions that improve the user experience and system adoption

  • Execute the roadmap for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Recruiting technology, tools, and reporting 

  • Create and maintain technical and knowledge management documentation including standard operating procedures and best practices for how to leverage technology to support processes

  • Liaise with cross functional partners on projects to integrate Recruiting data and technology with other systems across the organization

  • Manage existing vendor relationships, and continuously explore new tools and technologies that can enhance the way we work

  • Own incident management for Recruiting solutions, serving as the point of contact for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders

  • Monitor and drive the release and ongoing usage of new technology, tools, and features

  • Support data-driven decision making through the creation and management of reporting tools, and implementation of data pipelines to our data warehouse

Your Expertise:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with and optimizing ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) and other Recruiting tools (e.g. Gem, Goodtime, LinkedIn), with a strong understanding of how data flows between them

  • Experience owning at least one new system implementation, preferably within an HR or Recruiting context

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, and how to leverage systems and tools to support quality and efficiency

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to improve recruiting processes using data-driven insights, and experience with multiple data analysis and visualization tools

  • Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in varying functions, including Finance, Talent Partners, People Analytics and Systems, while managing expectations appropriately

  • Experience managing vendor relationships for third-party systems within an HR or Recruiting context

  • Technical aptitude with an ability to partner with engineering teams to configure automations, build integrations, troubleshoot errors, and conduct UAT

  • Strong understanding of concepts for data management, ETLs, and system integrations

  • Experience leveraging SQL and Python skills in a business environment is a plus

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
