As a Recruiter on our Flywheel (Go-To-Market) Recruiting team, you’ll directly impact HubSpot’s growth trajectory by continuously attracting and hiring top talent into our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to focus on providing a remarkable candidate experience, lead with data when consulting on business decisions, leverage AI tools, drive an interview process that evaluates candidates against HubSpot’s high bar for performance, and bring a growth mindset to ensure we hire remarkable and diverse talent at scale. This role will require problem-solving in teams, so experience and interest in collaborating with others to drive meaningful solutions are essential for success.
What you’ll do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing roles across North America, with a focus on Sales.
Engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates, using creative sourcing, AI-driven tools, and market insights.
Partner strategically with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data and thoughtful recommendations.
Champion the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating openly, and ensuring every candidate feels supported.
Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers and ensuring candidates are assessed against HubSpot’s high bar for performance, potential, and culture-add.
Experiment boldly with new talent acquisition strategies, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact.
Leverage data and metrics to analyze funnel performance and guide improvements.
Represent HubSpot externally by contributing to employer branding initiatives, events, and referral programs.
Embed DEI best practices at every stage, ensuring inclusive processes and equitable outcomes.
What are the role requirements?
3+ years of Sales recruiting experience leading full-cycle recruiting; experience in SaaS/tech or high-growth organizations preferred.
Ability to manage priorities with some ambiguity and consistently deliver in line with business goals.
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to influence decisions and measure success.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage in constructive conversations.
Experience operating as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders involved in the hiring process, and are able to influence and motivate across levels and functions.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset — embracing change, learning fast, and taking action with urgency.
Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools and openness to experimenting with new technologies.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
