The Role
We’re looking to grow our Recruiting team here at Modern Health. In this role, you will own full cycle recruiting and be responsible for partnering with leaders throughout the business to attract the best talent. You will build a pipeline of amazing potential candidates for both business and technical positions across the company.
We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to create a recruitment process that provides a meaningful, positive experience for potential teammates that instills our company values and brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on high volume roles and looks forward to the challenge of constantly testing and iterating on processes. Come join our team!
This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full cycle recruitment process at a high volume, including sourcing, interview coordination, and delivering offers
Facilitate a high quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company
Partner with broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring
Develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, internal mobility, etc)
Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members
Consider long term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health’s long term success
Who You Are
4+ years of full cycle recruiting and coordination experience; in house and startup experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem solving skills
Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional stakeholders
A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Ability to generate a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy
An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience
A passion for diversity and inclusion
Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
