Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated RWE Analyst to join our Real-World Evidence team to support FSP client. In this role, you will support the design, execution, and analysis of real-world data (RWD) to generate insights that inform clinical, regulatory, and commercial decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in data science, epidemiology, or healthcare analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing real-world data (e.g., EMR, claims, registry data)
Support the design and execution of observational studies and health outcomes research
Perform literature reviews and help prepare evidence summaries
Create tables, figures, and reports to support internal and external communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, HEOR, and data science
Contribute to publications, posters, and presentations as needed
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Basic understanding of healthcare data and real-world evidence concepts
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SAS, R, Python, or SQL is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within the RWE field
