Real Estate Agent Partnership Manager
Dubai | Inbound Leads | AI + Real Estate
Realiste is an AI-powered real estate platform that helps investors discover high-yield property opportunities in the UAE. We’re changing how people invest in real estate — with data, not guesswork. We’re now hiring a Partnership Manager to work with real estate agents in the UAE. Leads are already coming in — your job is to help agents close more deals using our platform.
What you’ll do:
Manage inbound requests from agents and build long-term partnerships.
Guide agents in using the platform to find and promote investment-grade properties.
Support the full deal cycle — from first contact to closing.
Keep everything organized and tracked in the CRM — no loose ends.
Make agents feel supported, confident, and ready to close.
What success looks like (first 3 months):
You’ve built strong, trusted relationships with active agents in the UAE.
You’re directly involved in deals that are closing through the platform.
You understand the tools, workflows, and how agents operate.
You’ve suggested process improvements and taken initiative.
Agents rely on you — communication is clear, deals are moving.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in real estate or B2B client-facing roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of the UAE real estate market (or willingness to learn fast).
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Confident with CRMs and digital tools.
What you’ll get:
A flow of inbound leads — agents already knocking.
A strong product that solves real problems.
A fast-moving company where your work matters.
Growth, impact, and a front-row seat in real estate tech.
Compensation:
Base salary: $500/month
Bonuses: for each completed Zoom meeting
Commission: percentage of the company’s fee from closed deals
Competitive combined monthly income ranges from $1,500 to $4,000
How to apply
After submitting your application, please note that all candidates are required to complete a short onboarding process as the next step in our selection.
