THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Quality Assurance team is dedicated to ensuring the Incentives product meets the highest standards of performance, consistency, and reliability. Through thorough reviews, precise testing, and ongoing evaluation, we safeguard product quality at every stage. By proactively identifying potential issues, minimizing risks, and collaborating closely with other teams, we enable the delivery of a best-in-class user experience. Our ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations by consistently providing a superior product that drives our clients’ success.

THE TEAM

As a QA Analyst, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals. Operating within an agile environment, you’ll play a key role in testing and delivering high-quality customer experiences for the Incentives product. Your curiosity, communication skills, and collaborative mindset will be essential to thriving in this role and making a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Test new features, log defects, and validate fixes.

  • Execute all aspects of verification, including functional and regression testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and influence them from a quality perspective.

  • Act as the voice of quality by raising issues, highlighting risks, and ensuring alignment with user needs.

  • Provide accurate and timely estimates of testing tasks and scope.

  • Champion a seamless and reliable customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

Technical Skills

  • 2 years of software testing or related experience.

  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and web services (REST).

  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Professional English proficiency.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Notes

  • This role requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. While we are open to candidates from outside the EST time zone, please be prepared to adjust your working hours to align with this time zone. Flexibility will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
