What You’ll Do
As a PSA Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide for our partners as they implement and optimize their Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems—especially Halo PSA. You’ll collaborate closely with our Academy Coaching team to assess needs, configure solutions, and ensure seamless adoption. Your work will directly impact partner success and elevate their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth assessments to understand partner needs and align PSA systems accordingly
Develop and present tailored implementation plans that support business goals
Configure and customize PSA systems, ensuring alignment with partner workflows
Lead data migration efforts with a focus on integrity and security
Deliver engaging training sessions to empower end-users
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption
Document processes and create knowledge base content for ongoing support
Stay current on PSA best practices and industry trends
What You Bring
8+ years of experience implementing and administering PSA systems
Deep expertise in Halo PSA, including service delivery, accounting integrations (QuickBooks Online/Xero), billing, procurement, and data migration
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, PowerShell, and API functionality (a plus)
Experience with MSP tools like RMM, ITGlue/Hudu, and Microsoft CSP/Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit

B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience
Halo PSA certification or relevant vendor certifications
