The expected salary range for this position is $32.65 - $40.80. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. Compassion International is not responsible for third parties who omit this information when copying and re-posting job openings.

Please note: This is a full-time, temporary position from June 2025 through January 2026.

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to plan, monitor, and manage internal marketing projects from initiation through completion for two of Compassion’s key Marketing channels—either the Supporter Experience team or the Business-to-Business (B2B) team.

These roles are responsible for leading the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives, including print collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital deliverables that support our strategic KPIs of retention, engagement, and revenue. The Project Managers will secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control.

Working within an Agile methodology, these individuals will facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, and other foundational meetings to ensure project alignment and momentum. Proficiency in a project management tool is required—experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus—as the Project Managers will be responsible for building and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project health, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

At this career level, the Project Manager operates independently on moderately complex projects or collaborates as a team member on larger initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.

  • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.

  • Use discretion and judgement to lead or support project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management on basic projects.

  • Effectively use structured project governance systems for monitoring and tracking deliverables and resolving issues, ensuring delivery to the project plan and budget on basic projects.

  • Apply professional project management skills to plan, monitor and manage projects from initiation through completion. This includes developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.

  • Provide progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management, to include organizing team members, and ensuring that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the project management discipline.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education, training and/or certification.

  • Three years relevant experience as a project manager; experience managing projects in marketing contexts strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience using a project management system for project/program/portfolio management; Workfront experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies including working in Sprints and performing backlog refinement.

Why work here?

  • The mission: Join a team that is motivated to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

  • Spiritual growth: Participate in regular chapel services, prayer groups, and department devotionals.
