Project Manager (Remote - Canada Employees Only) Company Overview eDynamic Learning is celebrating 16 years of serving educators. Founded by a classroom teacher, we're on a mission to empower educators with accessible and equitable resources, guiding students on their journey to life after graduation. We are dedicated to supporting both teachers and programs that facilitate student exploration of interests, career options, and skill acquisition through Career and Technical Education (CTE). We prioritize quality and the development of vital life readiness skills, including interpersonal communication and financial literacy. Our commitment to fostering exploration starts early, with resources tailored to middle school students. Our rich courseware catalog and Learning Blade resource have a proven track record of expanding STEM, computer science, and career interest and awareness. As the largest publisher of CTE and elective digital curriculum in North America, we offer a vast catalog of over 250 courses spanning grades 6-12. Our CTE pathway curriculum aligns to 14 career clusters, preparing students for nearly 100 industry certifications. To help bring our curriculum to learners, we provide professional development as well as virtual instructional services, supported by certified teachers, that facilitate personalized learning. eDynamic Learning doesn't stop at coursework alone. We are passionate about helping students grow their skills through experiential learning through our Knowledge Matters virtual simulation instructional materials and projects. Our simulations are true hands-on learning in a virtual environment. Role Overview Join our team as a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, where you will be at the forefront of managing the development and updates of educational courseware, simulations, and supplemental products. In this crucial role, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organization strategies and processes to deliver high-quality educational resources that delight middle and high school students and teachers while driving the companys growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic oversight, budget management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and process optimization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex educational products and other processes annually, managing project stages from launch to completion.

  • Employ project methodologies to execute project plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams and key stakeholders to deliver quality work on time, and to source and coordinate resources.

  • Facilitate communication between content creators, technology teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Establish, monitor and manage program and product budgets to meet financial objectives.

  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and mitigate risks.

  • Create performance reports showing progress and highlighting challenges.

  • Track and review schedules, revising as required.

  • Work with the Program Management team to identify new and improvements to existing workflows, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

  • Bachelors degree in business, management, marketing, education, or similar.

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is considered an asset.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and act with a sense of urgency.

  • Can work effectively remotely either independently or as part of a team.

  • Experience with project management applications, like Smartsheet, a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Range: CA$60-70,000 + Bonus + Benefits, Dependent on Experience
