We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Agile methodologies, a passion for cross-functional collaboration, and a drive for continuous improvement. About the Role
As a Project Manager you will drive and manage financial system conversion and customization projects at Blossom, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for clients to our platforms. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing technical integrations, optimizing operational processes, providing training and documentation, and ensuring client requirements are met as outlined in contractual agreements, while maintaining high standards of communication, collaboration, and milestone achievement.
Requirements
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to prepare our Credit Union clients to successfully execute the migration to Blossom’s financial system software or platforms.
Be a steward to the project, clients, and vendors as you navigate interconnected complexities of Blossom, technology, and financial regulation
Utilize SQL, Jira, and other software to complete third-party interface integrations into the core system and Blossom platforms.
Partner with Credit Unions to adjust necessary operational processes and execute the training and support required for a successful project.
Identify client requirements in contractual documentation and ensure the project fulfills those requirements.
Develop, maintain, and review proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, information specifications, timelines, and staffing.
Set and track project milestones; manage and address unforeseen delays, realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
Monitor project progress, drafting and distributing biweekly progress reports/communications with forecasts for leadership and stakeholders.
Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Serve as a Blossom ambassador, inspiring confidence in executive team members and fostering trust.
Execute consistently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Plan, multitask, and manage time effectively as a self-driven individual.
Exhibit confidence in written and verbal communication, inspiring trust and providing reassurance in high-pressure situations.
Read and interpret large volumes of data from multiple vendors, cataloging, prioritizing, and executing timelines.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to act as a liaison with developers, product team members, and member support.
