Description

One of the largest globally recognized coffee company headquartered in Seattle, WA is looking for a Associate Manager of Loyalty Strategy. The company's Loyalty Strategy & Operations team is a future-looking, innovation-forward and agile team where marketing, digital experiences, and general management intersect. We are looking for motivated, self-starters with a strong strategic mindset, analytical thinking, business acumen, and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The Associate Manager of Loyalty Strategy will help build and execute on key loyalty program strategy and optimization for the Rewards loyalty program. This role will focus on program management and orchestrate key program objectives and needs while building relationships spanning business owners, marketing, technology, and other cross-functional partners to deliver compelling and lasting business impact and superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of loyalty opportunities and strategies, that focus on growth, building the brand, and achieving financial objectives, from concept to implementation

• Make sound recommendations leveraging a variety of tools and resources, including customer and partner insights and feedback, data and financial metrics, and cross-functional subject matter expertise

• Help manage key strategy and operations workstreams to deliver business objectives within desired timelines through a customer first lens. Collaborating

with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Partner with Analytics & Insights (A&I) and Finance teams to provide inputs and feedback on business cases and measurement plans to support key workstreams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or Marketing Required

• 1-2 years of experience working in fast-paced environment for business/loyalty strategy and experience in program or product management

• Project Management - excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, shows organizational awareness and proactive problem-solving skills

• Business Acumen - strong financial acumen and ability to build business plans inclusive of financial performance levers. Agile decision-making, entrepreneurial nature, ability to formulate a strong POV and adjust plans strategically in a changing environment.

• Customer-First Mindset - distill insights and drive relevant strategies that drive preference and loyalty for the company. Experience leveraging customer segmentation and customer journeys to deliver relevant programs, benefits and experiences to drive business results.

• Analytical - synthesizes complex or diverse information; uses intuition and experience to complement data; ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs to technical teams (A&I); proactively identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

• Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it.

• E ntrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30/hr. (room for negotiation on higher pay depending on direct Rewards/Loyalty/NFT experience

Schedule: Fully Remote; Standard M-F
