About the Job: 

The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities between different projects and/or workstreamsin order to ensure the continuity and quality of engagements. The Program Manager should have familiarity with Information Technology and Information Security projects.

Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager will have the overall responsibility of implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and ensuring the work meets Fishtech and the client’s requirements. 

  • The Program Manager serves as the focal point for the client for all program activities and is responsible forthe overall quality and standard conformance under the Statement of Work (“SOW”). 

  • The Program Manager can plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within the budget. 

Requirements:

  • Program management experience with leading large initiatives that involve significant business change is required. 

  • Excellent communication skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings, champion ideas, and influence key stakeholders across the organization to obtain buy-in, is required. 

  • Experience with cost-benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases is expected. 

  • A deep understanding of how to leverage data to make decisions that drive positive business outcomes is expected. 

  • A Program Manager has advanced communication and presentation skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings and influence key stakeholders. 

  • A Program Manager can adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship-building styleis expected. 

  • You must be self-motivated, committed, and accountable.
