This role is part of the Talent Experience & Operations (TEO) team which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from candidacy to onboarding and beyond. The role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Ops, Service Design and supports Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership and management in both business operations and operational reporting. You will be expected to be independent, be a storyteller, be highly collaborative, simplify the complex, and proactively implement positive improvements that are aligned with our culture. This role will be instrumental in our overall focus and effort to build data acumen and excellence at Netflix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and talent acquisition.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop training materials and presentations for TA and TA leadership to educate on new dashboards and drive behavior change.

  • Be a stakeholder manager, thought partner and architect the next generation of candidates to employee data.

  • Develop and/or partner with People Analytics, Strategy Planning & Analysis teams, and key Talent leaders to build custom reports and dashboards of key metrics and KPIs to track team effectiveness, and improve our global capacity and workforce methodologies/models

  • Identify trends, perform data analysis, and develop insightful dashboards, memos & presentations that summarize data and drive actionable insights

  • Liaise with TA Leadership, Strategy Planning & Analysis teams, and the business to understand trends and implications to hiring targets

  • Develop, document, and implement ongoing system audits to ensure the accuracy of candidate information globally. You will also find ways to improve legacy processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.

  • Continually learn new tools and techniques, implement major infrastructure changes and enable teams to navigate complex changes. 

  • Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams to gather tooling and data requirements

  • Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams

  • Develop a feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement

To be successful, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment supporting Talent Acquisition and/or People functions (e.g. management consulting, corporate analytics, people operations, recruiting analytics, data science, or other roles requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work)

  • Experience working with financial and/or headcount-related data

  • Experience working with Business Insights tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, or Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to diagnose problems and devise solutions

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and/or prior project management experience.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $80,000 - $335,000.
