Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's Global Sales Team is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. As trusted business partners, our goal is to help users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease so they can concentrate on what's most important to them: their business. What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team who has demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs, who thrives operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and solving hard problems with limited oversight.

The Program Manager will be responsible for design & delivery of key programs to drive the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Development team (internal SDR and external Vendor) at Stripe. All programs are focused on eliminating inefficiency from Sales Development processes to drive incremental revenue for Stripe. Sample programs may include; automation or redesign of key parts of the Sales Development workflow, implementation of new tools, program managing changes to the Sales Development operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Manage Programs: Lead the design, execution, and management of prioritized programs to improve Sales Development workflows, including rebuilding/redesigning processes, speed-to-lead tools, and systems. Facilitate cross-functional workstreams to enable successful SSMB pipeline generation efforts from Global Vendor Sales teams.

  • Develop Subject Matter Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Sales Development, AE and Vendor workflows and build exceptional cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and successful program execution.

  • Define and Measure Success: Drive programs that will help shorten deal cycle time, establish new deal value metrics. Establish clear success criteria for SDR & vendor efficiency programs, conduct post-launch assessments, and leverage insights to measure outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Change Management and Communication: Deliver comprehensive change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption and implementation of new workflows, tools, and systems at scale across a global network of hundreds of partners. Drive cross-functional decision making & progress while keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Exhibit Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate sound business judgment, analytical expertise, and strong collaboration to drive impactful results. Take ownership to influence outcomes and build trust with stakeholders.
