About the Role:
To further our commitment to providing an exceptional experience to our Enterprise customers, we are looking to add a Program Manager to our fast-growing Professional Services team. The Program Manager role is pivotal in shaping the initial engagements with our Enterprise customers so that those customers can bring Vercel solutions into Production quickly and reliably. We are looking for a Program Manager to not only project manage some of our customer engagements but also shape our Program Management function, our initial Customer Journeys and our internal processes in order to ensure our customers consistently achieve their initial business objectives quickly, our Professional Services organization is run efficiently and our employees reach their full potential. In addition, the Program Manager will work closely with any implementation partner resources engaged in our delivery projects.
The role requires a strong background of working at world-class Professional Services organizations in a Project or Program Management role.
What You Will Do:
Increase net dollar retention by ensuring consistent success in our customers’ first production deployments on Vercel.
Lead and manage project teams to achieve customer objectives on time and within budget while escalating issues or conflicts that may impact those timelines and budgets
Develop project and program management tools that support industry-leading delivery processes that consistently achieve the business goals for the customer
Work collaboratively with a high-performing global Professional Services organization
Collaborate with the Sales, Support, Customer Success, Engineering and Product organizations within Vercel to ensure the best customer experience in the industry
Collaborate with our implementation partners to ensure those partners can deliver world-class solutions to our shared customers
Build an efficient Program Management organization that can accurately and efficiently scope, deliver and bill projects for our customers.
About You:
5+ years of experience in project and program management roles
10+ years of experience in Professional Services roles
Experience building and delivering tooling and artifacts that support and enable Professional Services motions for a SaaS software platform
Experience building & scaling world class Program Management organizations
Experience working within a high-growth startup environment

Have experience working with Enterprise software platforms at global scale.
Have previously worked at a high growth SaaS company.
Have previously managed projects at an Agency for Fortune 1000 customers

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $188,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
