Join ExtraHop’s Release Train Program Management team as a Program Manager II, where you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, accelerating software and hardware releases, and driving agile excellence.
You’ll partner with world-class engineers and product managers to orchestrate complex program schedules, streamline development efforts, and reduce risk – ensuring that our Network Detection & Response (NDR) solutions reach our customers with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Release teams to coordinate and execute release plans across multiple product lines.
Act as a servant leader, helping teams plan and facilitate scrum ceremonies, as well as organize and manage sprint cadences, ensuring teams are aligned, unblocked and focused.
Drive program tracking and reporting, delivering clear and consistent updates across various levels of the organization.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely delivery of product releases.
Maintain and optimize engineering calendars and project schedules, balancing velocity with quality.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years experience in program or project management within a software or hardware engineering environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards
Working knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and release management practices
Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, network analysis, or Network Detection & Response (NDR) platforms
Skills and Competencies
Agile Program Execution: Drives operational excellence across sprints and release trains.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Brings together diverse stakeholders to achieve aligned outcomes.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identifies blockers early and crafts mitigation strategies.

The salary for this role is 90,000 - 120,000 + bonus + benefits
