The Professional Services Engagement Manager (Remote) will lead the coordination of Profisee implementations with customers as the primary driver for successful Profisee platform implementations. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Professional Services Engagement Manager will coordinate key projects across the new customer install base. Your primary responsibility will be project execution, including identifying key stakeholders, risk management, and appropriate mitigation strategies to help lead to successful project execution. You will engage with internal leadership and peers to ensure the correct level of visibility for projects and the respective impacts on the team. You will be successful by using an Agile project management approach to identify areas of opportunity, be an advocate for Profisee, and drive change management practices to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of the Profisee platform.

Requirements

Your Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish

Within three months you will...

  • Achieve certification in Profisee Academy courses to ensure complete functional training.

  • Become familiar with Professional Services’ offerings, structure, and team members to understand our capabilities toward a successful Profisee implementation.

  • Learn best practices in measuring and driving project timelines, managing budgets, and understanding delivery methodology related to engagement deliverables.

Within six months, you will…

  • Start to lead Project Initiation activities for multiple customers such as workshops and project kick-off meetings.

  • Continuously manage and measure project status and budget while proactively mitigating risks/issues that arise.

  • Show mastery of understanding in cross-department accountabilities and the customer journey from Sales through to Customer Success and Support.

  • Become competent and comfortable using Open Air (Service Management Tool).

After six months, you will…

  • Show ownership and lead “Fast Start” Profisee Implementations for upcoming projects.

  • Show ownership and lead Profisee Enablement Accelerators’ engagement programs.

  • Project-focused. You are okay with professional confrontation in order to deliver success, fulfilled by equipping projects with the right skill set, and removing or mitigating obstacles that could’ve caused setbacks in delivery.

  • Trusted Customer Advisor. You are a knowledgeable technologist and an effective communicator with business and technical audiences. The most successful consultants anticipate client needs, research solutions, exceed their customer’s expectations, and are requested again by the client for subsequent projects.

  • Driven. You are motivated to create and enhance the processes and technologies in data management.

  • Curious. The ideal candidate has the capacity to learn new tools and concepts quickly, work across industry verticals as well as understand business needs and translate them into solutions. They are intellectually curious, enjoy learning new products and ask a lot of questions.

  • Flexible. Depending on the project you may work both independently with a customer and in project teams.
