Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Team Manager to lead a team of product managers in developing and executing the vision and strategy for our portfolio of global mobile applications. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobile experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Champion the product vision and strategy within the organization, representing the team in leadership forums and cross-functional meetings.

  • Product Roadmap: Ensure product roadmaps across the team are aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational goals. Facilitate prioritization discussions and resolve conflicts.

  • Product Management: Define and implement product management best practices, processes, and KPIs. Conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement within the team 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Performance Management: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics. Continuously iterate and improve product performance based on data insights. Guide and support the performance management of individual product managers.

  • Team Management: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting their career development. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, to ensure alignment on product strategy and progress.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee administrative matters related to the product team, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance reporting. Coordinate with HR on recruitment, hiring, and other personnel-related matters. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs for the product team and facilitate opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of launching and managing successful mobile applications.

  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching team members.

  • Extensive background in technology and a deep understanding of the mobile application landscape.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams, navigate international markets, and handle complex projects.

  • Fluent English.
