You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each release delivers real value to airports, improving operational efficiency and the passenger journey. This role is not just about managing a backlog; it’s about aligning technology, user needs, and business goals to transform how airports operate.
🧠 What You’ll Do
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to turn the vision of our aviation data platform into reality.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap in line with business strategy.
Translating business requirements into epics and user stories.
Analyzing and validating requirements for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on roadmap and business priorities.
Participating actively in design, development, and testing phases.
Ensuring continuous product value aligned with customer and business needs.
Applying Scrum best practices in day-to-day work.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or product support.
Strong Agile background (Scrum or Kanban).
Agile Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification and/or UX Design Certification.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-haves:
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in large-scale digital product delivery.
Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI collaboration.
