Skills Required:
Ability to identify potential solutions to problems while keeping the project scope in mind. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical skills to interpret both problems and solutions, as well as to design and implement business processes. Experience in the development of digital or traditional products in the banking sector and a B2 or higher level of English is required
Responsabilities
1. Implement and track deadlines for delivery to teams
2. Determine the roadmaps for products in the creation phase, adapting according to what emerges along the way.
3. Propose ideas and solutions to existing product and customer problems.
4. Oversee and mentor the Scrum team to meet software expectations.
5. Support the development of the enterprise architecture strategy taking into account the requirements provided by the client.
6. Facilitate clear priorities and a prioritized and fed backlog for the team
7. Act as the main point of contact between teams and vendors and stakeholders.
8. Identify areas of product improvement and manage them.
9. Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
10. Define user stories in collaboration with engineers and designers.
11. Create plans for upgrades and product launches.
12. Perform an updated status of the project to identify communication gaps, missings and next steps for the different teams making sure everyone is on the same page.
13. Ensure acceptance criteria.
14. 'Ensure Scope generation and execution through to delivery to production with support, including design and development.
