As a Product Ops Manager, You will develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio management system to enhance visibility across projects and programs, facilitating effective resource allocation, risk management,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Support the development and implementation of a portfolio management system to enhance visibility across projects and programs. Contribute to efficient resource allocation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Foster Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks. Help ensure alignment with company goals and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Champion Operational Frameworks: Support the integration of the OKR framework into operations. Guide teams in developing and executing roadmaps, fostering accountability and improvement. 

  • Strategic Planning and Resource Management: Organize and participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to long-term product roadmaps and efficient resource management.

  • Promote Transparency and Consistency: Help ensure portfolio priorities are clear across teams, promoting uniform project and program prioritization criteria. Contribute to standardizing planning and operational processes.

  • Lead Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Assist in driving process improvement and automation initiatives. Support a culture of innovation and operational efficiency.

  • Enable Stakeholder Success: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing support and addressing portfolio challenges. Assist in monitoring portfolio health through metrics and data.

  • Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies while confidently resolving workflow problems to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience and Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role, with demonstrated skills in project or program management in a product driven company

  • Strategic Mindset: Understanding of portfolio management concepts and ability to support decision-making and priority alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to collaboration towards common goals.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Product management or coordination

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and concepts

  • Exposure to change management principles
