Role

As the Product Operations Manager reporting to the SVP, Platform and Delivery, you will play a critical role in optimizing how our product organization executes, communicates, and measures success. You will drive cross-functional alignment, streamline product-related processes, and ensure our teams are equipped with the tools and insights needed to make informed decisions. By acting as a strategic connector between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams, you will help scale our product development operations and improve visibility and efficiency across the product lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operations and is passionate about systems thinking, continuous improvement, and supporting high-performing teams.

As a key contributor to our Product team you will be responsible for:

  • Product Operations & Process Enablement:

  • Build and scale repeatable systems to support roadmap planning, release operations, and feature delivery.

  • Develop and manage playbooks, templates, and rituals to support the product development lifecycle (e.g., roadmap reviews, release readiness, feature flag governance).

  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to remove operational friction and enable faster, higher-quality decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Act as the operational backbone for product releases—ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.

  • Own monthly release coordination: documentation, enablement asset readiness, internal comms, and tracking of feature flags.

  • Lead roadmap update cadences and support regular progress reporting across teams.

  • Insights & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track product usage, customer feedback, and feature adoption.

  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to surface insights that inform roadmap prioritization and customer engagement strategies.

  • Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the intake, categorization, and distribution of customer insights from tools like Pendo Listen and other feedback channels.

  • Partner with Engineering and Product to push forward small but impactful product enhancements that arise from user feedback.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to automate or improve internal product operations.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement scalable systems and processes that improve product delivery and team collaboration.

  • Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.

  • Proven track record of proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements across functions.

  • Comfort in fast-paced environments, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Location

We have embraced a distributed model of working to reach the best talent in the world. While some roles may require proximity to our Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver offices, roles based outside our office locations can be remote in Canada and the US.
