🌟 What You’ll Do
Co-develop integrated marketing plans aligned with company OKRs, in partnership with the Product Marketing Director.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, backed by deep market research and positioning insights.
Own end-to-end campaign strategy and performance reporting, ensuring clear ROI communication across stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between regional and corporate marketing teams to balance opportunities with business goals.
Champion Pax8’s brand identity across all campaigns and channels.
Stay ahead of industry trends by attending key events and thought leadership programs.
🧠What You Bring
3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in tech or SaaS.
Proven success in GTM strategy, buyer persona development, and communication planning.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to pitch ideas and uncover insights.
Experience with tools like Wrike, Monday, or Asana.
A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $97,000 to $120,000, or more depending on experience.
