About the Team:

The Product Marketing team is part of the marketing organization, joined by content marketing, and is responsible for driving the business and go to market execution to support the growth of JumpCloud’s platform. This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features into new markets, competitive analysis, and enabling our go-to-market teams to target our ideal buyers.

The Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the subject matter expert, voice, and go-to-market driver for JumpCloud’s platform. You will work closely with product management, product marketing, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the positioning, messaging and all GTM activities and our mission to help IT teams Make Work Happen®.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, develop, and own a consistent messaging program for the JumpCloud platform, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communications.

  • Work alongside key writers in the organization including content marketing, campaigns, and creative services.

  • Guide our voice and tone team from implementation to monitoring and reporting.

  • Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to gather insights and ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and market needs.

  • Lead the creation of core messaging documents, including positioning statements, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, for various target audiences.

  • Establish processes for ongoing messaging updates and feedback, incorporating new features, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Enable cross-functional teams with the necessary messaging tools and training to effectively communicate the JumpCloud platform's value.

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience experience in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Exceptional written english that can demonstrate a distinct perspective, driving not only attention but action. 

  • Proven success across all aspects of a product messaging launch, from developing the go-to-market strategy, to the coordination and execution of a launch, and supporting the field enablement efforts that extend beyond a successful launch

  • Track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic scale up environment

  • Proven leader with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams

  • Ability to enable field teams with a deep understanding of the market and develop effective competitive positioning  

Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following:

  • Identity and directory services

  • Assess management and cyber security offerings

  • Device management and security experience

  • Working with technical alliance partners

  • Working with channel partners, MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and Global Distributors

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.  

Language:
