Product Manager (RCM)
This position will be remote within the United States. Job Summary Henry Schein One is transforming how dental practices operate with connected solutions that simplify administration and improve patient care. As a Product Manager on our RCM team focusing on Eligibility, youll play a key role in shaping products that help practices verify patient benefits, streamline claims, and reduce the administrative burden of insurance processing. In this role, youll collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve cash flow for dental practices. Your work will directly support providers in getting paid faster and ensuring patients receive the care they need without unnecessary delays. What You Will Do
Conduct customer research and interviews to understand user needs and uncover real-world challenges, and preferences to address complex problems
Translate customer insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps that guide investment decisions
Define and prioritize requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver product enhancements that provide measurable value to practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support to bring products to market and ensure adoption
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
Monitor payer trends, industry regulations, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and identify opportunities
Learn from and be mentored by senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%
Office environment with no special physical demands required
Qualifications What You Will Have
1 - 3years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to deliver products that drive customer and business impact
Analytical and data-driven approach, leveraging customer insights and metrics to guide product decisions
Customer-focused mindset with experience engaging users to validate assumptions and solutions
Bias for action, with the ability to make decisions quickly and keep projects moving forward
Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growth
Nice to Haves
Bachelors Degreein a related field
Experience in dental, medical, or insurance-related industries
Familiarity with eligibility and claims workflows or revenue cycle management software
The posted range for this position is$75,000 - $105,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
