Description: Under the direction of the Director, Product Management, the Product Manager of Partnerships & Integrations will drive strategic growth and customer value for ImageTrend’s EMS, Fire, and Hospital customers by delivering innovative integrations and extensible platform capabilities. This role will own the roadmap for partnerships, shape API and integration strategies, and ensure alignment with company priorities and long-term growth opportunities. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and advocating for seamless integration experiences, the Product Manager will deliver impactful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Own and drive the roadmap for integrations and partner-facing capabilities, aligning with company strategy and customer needs
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer demand, and strategic alignment to deliver meaningful results
Champion and advocate for seamless and intuitive experiences for partners integrating with ImageTrend’s platform
Define and evolve ImageTrend’s external API strategy to support scalable, secure, and flexible integrations
Scope and lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for outcomes
Understand the ecosystem of software, tools, and devices that EMS, Fire, and Hospital customers rely on to manage their mission-critical work
Collaborate with internal teams to influence platform architecture and extensibility to support long-term integration growth
Advocate for and lead improvements to internal processes and tools that reduce operational friction, improve partner support, and enhance the overall customer experience
Develop actionable business cases for new integrations and enhancements by gathering insights through interviews, feedback loops, usage data, and stakeholder input
Effectively communicate technical tradeoffs, timelines, and integration strategies to align internal and external stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
Monitor emerging trends in integration strategies and software ecosystems to provide strategic input into high-level company initiatives related to partnerships and APIs
Partner with Engineering to ensure APIs satisfy the needs of both internal teams and external developers
Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required
Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
A degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Proven Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare, public safety, government software domains, or other similar industry
Experience working in a B2B, Enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong track record of defining successful product roadmaps, product initiatives, and managing backlogs in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market research, usage analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction
Excellent communication skills for executive presentations, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to develop quantitative business cases and financial models that drive product investment decisions
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver complex products in a fast-paced environment, and strong understanding of the SDLC and Scrum/Agile methodologies, API-first product development
Demonstrated experience working with external partners, integrations, or API products, with a strong understanding of integration platforms and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, NEMSIS, NERIS)
History of effectively managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy
Background in developer experience or platform product management, including building extensible systems to support third-party integrations and scalability
Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills, particularly in technical domains like APIs and integration strategies
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.
Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $120,000- $155,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
